Case:

 Network Infrastructure and Internet Service for EM Group Shanghai Rep. Office

Erwin M¨¹ller Group is Europe¡¯s largest B2B mail-order dealer in equipment for the hotel and restaurant industry. Tulin provided the Network Infrastructure and Internet Service for its Shanghai Representative Office. Including:

1.      A Windows domain architecture. Each employee can use the company resource via the domain architecture, including file servers, printers, the Exchange server, Tobit Fax server, etc.

2.      A Siemens group phone system. 8 simultaneous phone calls are available through 4 ISDN lines. Seamlessly integrated with an Asterisk VoIP system.

3.      An Asterisk VoIP system. The Shanghai Rep. office can contact with the German headquarter or other branches via the VoIP system. Seamlessly integrated with the Siemens group phone system.

4.      UPS, Cisco Router, Symantec Antivirus, etc.

5.      Windows SBS, Windows XP Professional, Office 2003 Standard with Multi-language support.

6.      Long term service for IT maintenance.
